Kelly established Hidon Training in July 2018 after a successful and award winning career at one of the worlds largest material handling equipment manufacturers.
To excel her passion for improving safety within material handling industry even further, Kelly used her knowledge and connections within the industry to offer a professional, but personal training organisation. Aimed to reduce workplace accidents, but also stop unnecessary damage to equipment and stock , she felt this could only be achieved by providing the highest level of operator training for workplace transport equipment in the industry.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family while also raising awareness for children that suffer from disabilities.
A personal goal for Kelly is to make Hidon Training a success, to enable a better life for her children, and enjoy a sense of pride, that she has made a positive difference to safety in the workplace.
Leanne joined Hidon Training Limited in September 2020 from Jungheinrich UK and she has 13 years mechanical handling experience.
Leanne enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and 2 boys. She is a festival lover and dedicated rugby mum who loves a glass of prosecco!
